Device Registration

Each device seen on VBNet networks must first be registered before being allowed access to the Internet. Devices without built-in browsers including XBOX, Wii, Playstation 2, TiVO and VoIP devices are unable to register and must be manually allowed onto the network.

Do a web search for "WAN MAC address" and the name of the device you are trying to register. Follow the instructions to obtain the MAC address, write it down and come back here to submit the device. We typically process submissions quickly during business hours and no more than 24 hours.

NOTE: The following process relies on having an email client program such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird. If your default email client is web based such as gmail or hotmail, this may not work. In this case, simply send an email directly to . Include your name, phone number, full street address, MAC address and put "MAC Address for VBNet" in the subject.
